@mxviv singing “So Real” and basically embodying perfection.
When I was 19, Jeff Buckley entered my world via a boy named Nathan who wore eyeliner and girls’ shirts. We stayed up all night making out to the sounds of “Grace”. When I saw my mom the next morning, she accused me of being high. I wasn’t. Red-eyed and shaking from lack of sleep, I drove straight to Tower Records and bought the album and proceeded to wear that shit OUT. I listened to it every night in bed on my Discman. (at Joes Pub)
